2020年8月31日，香港 – 百勝中國控股有限公司 （「公司」或「百勝中國」）（紐交所股票代號：YUMC），按2019年系統銷售額計為中國最大的餐飲企業，今天宣佈啓動作爲全球發售一部分的香港公開發售。全球發售將新發行41,910,700普通股股份（視乎超額配股權行使與否而定），公司普通股股份將於香港聯合交易所有限公司（「聯交所」）主板上市，股份代號為9987。

公司股份將繼續於紐約證券交易所（「紐交所」）上市交易。在香港完成第二上市後，公司香港上市的股份與在紐交所上市的股票將完全可轉換。

本次全球發售包括初步提呈1,676,500股的香港公開發售新發行股份及初步提呈40,234,200 股的國際發售新發行股份，分別佔全球發售股份約4%及96%，在各種情況下均可按「全球發售的架構」所述基準重新分配，亦按超額配股權是否獲行使而定。

香港公開發售的發售價（「公開發售價」）將於2020年9月4日或之前參考（其中包括）股票在紐交所的最後一個交易日的收市價釐定。公開發售價將不超過每股香港發售股份468.00港元。全球發售中國際發售部分的發售價可能將釐定為高於最高公開發售價的水平，視乎股份在紐交所最後一個交易日 2020年9月4日或之前的收市價，以及根據專業及機構投資者在累計簿記建檔過程中表達的申請意願水平。股份將以每手50股股份爲單位進行交易。

公司計劃將發售所得款項淨額用於i) 擴張及深化餐廳網絡；ii) 投資於數字化及供應鏈、食品創新及價值定位提升、優質資產；以及iii)運營資金及一般公司用途。

香港公開發售將於香港時間2020年9月1日(星期二)上午九時正起開始，並於香港時間2020年9月4日(星期五)中午十二時正截止。預期公司股份將於2020年9月10日(星期四)開始於聯交所交易。
