2020年9月10日，香港 – 百胜中国控股有限公司 （ “百胜中国”或“公司”）（纽交所股票代号：YUMC及联交所股票代号：9987），按2019年系统销售额计为中国最大的餐饮企业，今天于香港联合交易所有限公司（“联交所”）主板正式挂牌，成功在香港上市。

公司股份将继续于纽约证券交易所（“纽交所”）上市交易，公司于香港上市的股份与于纽交所上市的股份将完全可转换。

百胜中国首席执行官屈翠容丶百胜中国董事陈耀昌及汪洋，连同一衆高管团队於上海主持敲锣仪式。
